Earth Month invites us to reconnect with the landscapes we call home and enjoy the small, hopeful work of planting and tending native species. Native plants strengthen ecosystems, support pollinators, and help restore the biodiversity that sustains life across the Tennessee Valley.
This April, we’re also celebrating something close to home: Chattanooga is North America’s first National Park City, a designation that calls on all of us to educate, plant, and steward the ecosystems right outside our doors. Every plant matters. Every action counts. Start small, grow wild.
