Members of Tennessee Valley Wild Ones are welcome to order a permanent nametag at any time. Nametags are green plastic (1.5″ × 3.5″) with the chapter logo and white lettering, and are available with either a magnetic back or a pin back. Each nametag is $11.
Orders are accepted year-round and produced in batch runs. Once you place your order, you’ll receive an email to confirm your details before printing.
Order & Pickup Schedule (2026)
Nametags are produced three times per year and are typically available for pickup at our monthly meetings:
Spring: Order by March 13 → Pickup at the April 13 meeting
Summer: Order by July 17 → Pickup at the August 10 meeting
Fall: Order by October 16 → Pickup at the November 9 meeting
Orders placed after a deadline will be included in the next available batch.
A quick note about magnetic backs
Magnetic backs may interfere with implanted medical devices (such as pacemakers or defibrillators) and certain medications that regulate heart function. If this applies to you, please choose a pin back when ordering.
Ordering details
Payment is collected at the time of ordering, and finished nametags are available for pickup at the monthly meeting listed for that order batch.
Because nametags are custom-made, they can’t be refunded once ordered. If there’s a printing error or defect, we’ll be happy to have it reprinted at no cost. Nametags not picked up at the scheduled meeting will be held for a future meeting.
